Oliver kicked off 2018 with a companion piece to their star-studded debut full-length, Full Circle, from five months earlier. As its title implies, Inner Circle: Remixes & Rarities is spit almost evenly between lesser knowns and album track re-workings, but the Los Angeles duo’s MO remains fully intact throughout: starting a party. Enter Bordeaux’s Dombrance, whose electro remix of “Chemicals (feat. MNDR)” alters the anthemic, nu-disco DNA of the original into a pulsing, after-hours seduction on the dance floor.
