What do you get when you twerk and you twirl and you werk and you swerve and you swirl?

SWERLK!

Scissor Sisters and MNDR, along with the rest of the world, were deeply affected by the PULSE nightclub shooting in Orlando, FL.

It wasn’t just an attack on the LGBTQ community, but on one of its sacred spaces: the dance floor. On the one-year anniversary of the shooting, the two artists came together and established SWERLK, not just to ensure violence against the gay community is still part of the national dialog, but to take back the dance floor.

SWERLK celebrates individuality, diversity, freedom, and fierceness. Scissor Sisters and MNDR are donating 100% of record sales and encouraging donations to the Contigo Fund, which emerged from the Pulse tragedy and offers financial support to organizations working to heal, educate and empower LGBTQ and Latinx individuals, immigrants and people of color, as well as those working to end all forms of bigotry in Central Florida.

Can you believe it? We’ve raised over $50,000 for the Contigo Fund since SWERLK debuted in June 2017! Thank you so much for SWERLKING with us. And if you haven’t yet or want to continue supporting us, it’s simple: just stream or purchase the song (the original or the remixes) on any platform. The money goes to the fabulous Contigo Fund to help those affected by the Pulse night club shooting.
