Alanis Morissette closed out 2020 with Such Pretty Forks in the Mix EP, a companion to her Such Pretty Forks in the Road full-length from earlier in the year. Released on Epiphany Music in collaboration with HE.SHE.THEY Records, the set features remixes from Lauren Faith, Muna, Girlpool, Muhsinah, Eris Drew, and MNDR, with a portion of the proceeds donated to Safe Place International to support LGBTQ refugees in Turkey and Greece. MNDR’s remix of “Sandbox of Love” transforms the jangling, guitar-driven pop of the original into an eight-plus-minute-long, deep house groove that carries Alanis’ dark confessions to the open arms of a dance floor.
